Effective October 27, 2026. This notice explains how MAKE A POINT PRODUCTION LLC uses information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, inquiry category, message and selected language. We record submission dates, delivery status and, when the marketing checkbox is shown, your choice, the exact wording and its version. Hosting and security services also process technical information such as IP addresses and request details. The form uses a daily hash of the request IP for submission limits.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss potential projects, maintain inquiry history and operate and protect the website. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The marketing checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. If you choose it, we record your permission to receive company news, project updates and occasional marketing emails.
Your marketing choice
You can unsubscribe from marketing without signing in. A saved opt-out suppresses marketing for that address immediately in our website records. Unsubscribing does not delete your inquiry or prevent replies about it. Checking the box on a later inquiry does not automatically remove an existing opt-out; contact us if you wish to discuss subscribing again.
Where information goes
Inquiries are stored in an owner-restricted website database and notified to hello@makeapointproduction.com, which reaches our Outlook mailbox. Service providers involved include OpenAI/ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, identity and storage, Resend for email delivery, and Microsoft Outlook for email handling. Their services may process information outside your location. Your inquiry and contact list are not published on the website.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry and consent records as needed to handle requests, maintain relevant business records and honor communication choices. A limited opt-out record is retained to avoid sending unwanted marketing. Contact hello@makeapointproduction.com to request access, correction, deletion or a review of retention. We may need to verify that you control the address before sharing or changing personal records.
Browser storage and security
The website stores your language choice and optional sound preferences (on/off and volume) in your browser. Sound effects are generated on your device; they do not record audio or send cursor movements to us. Hosting and security providers may use security cookies; signing in to the private owner area also uses authentication cookies. Access to the inbox, Contacts and exports is restricted to the configured owner. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
